What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mount Dajti National Park is lauded for its stunning panoramic views of Tirana and the surrounding landscape, easily accessible via a scenic cable car ride. Visitors appreciate the natural beauty and the escape from the city. However, the park's potential is sometimes hampered by limited activity availability and the inconvenience of cash-only payments for the cable car, which can be a hassle for groups.
"Lovely views over Tirana.
Cable car goes quite high. At the top you can see the coastal line in the distance.
Only need about 30-45 minutes at the top"

"🌲 Beautiful Views but Limited Activities and Payment Hassles 🌲
Dajti National Park is a beautiful spot with stunning views and a very enjoyable cable car ride to the top — a truly scenic experience that offers a peaceful escape from the city. 🌄🚠
However, as a large group, we were disappointed by the fact that credit card payments were not accepted for the cable car tickets. Being asked to pay everything in cash only created some complications and delays, especially when managing a big group.
Once at the top, the area is lovely, but unfortunately, many of the attractions were closed during our visit. The only available activities were a short pony ride and a small shooting stand. We were really looking forward to more options like the treetop adventure (accrobranche), which sadly was not in operation.
Overall, it's a great destination with lots of potential, but it would benefit from more consistent activity availability and more flexible payment options, especially for groups."
