There was a local TV station at one point (Klan maybe?), some Art exhibitions and my kids used sides as slide when they were small so not totally useless.

"The last time I visited the pyramid, it was being renovated. So now it's open. I decided to pay it a visit in 34c temperature.
At the top, there was a nice breeze to cool me down.
The views were ok. It was nice
to see Tirana from a different perspective than you see walking around.
After I came back down, I had a walk around the inside. There are two big information screens that I couldn't read as they were both in direct sunlight. They would be better placed in the shade."

"Great location and a nice viewpoint at the top. There are benches, or you can just sit on the steps and enjoy the view. I recommend going at sunset — in summer it’s much more comfortable then, with shade and a cool breeze instead of the strong sun."
