What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Caldea is widely praised for its stunning modern architecture, extensive thermal facilities, and breathtaking mountain views. Visitors love the variety of pools, saunas, and the unique evening entertainment. However, some find the chlorine scent strong and the mandatory socks inconvenient.
"Magnificent would be an understatement. The building is the cities centerpiece! The view surrounding the town will take your breath away but the building gives you an opportunity to grasp the cities unique natural spring and spa with the view! Inside is like an oasis and paradise. There are different chambers with hot and cold pools and they have 2 separate saunas, one a little smaller and a bit more intimate. My personal favorite was the hot steam room! There are fountains with cold water to cool yourself while you relax in the steam room. It was very blissful and relaxing! They also had massages and a hydro massage room with multiple stalls. Lockers were included, very spacious with family sized lockers as well. Showers and restrooms were clean and easy to navigate. The upstairs restaurant was affordable and delicious! They offered a special while I was there on a Sunday and I even got a discount on drinks which were similar prices to Spain and France. I would definitely suggest taking a trip here to see one of their many pools and accommodations. I mentioned many but there are plenty more accommodations!"

"🛸 Ever bathed in mountain spring water sourced from 2000 meters up? Sounds dreamy, right? Well, hold your horses—by the time it reaches you, it’s generously seasoned with chlorine. You’ll walk out smelling like an Olympic swimming pool, skin dry enough to sand furniture. 🌊😅
But jokes aside, the place itself is impressive: spacious, super clean (think NASA lab standards), and stunning views of the mountains. 🏔️ Summertime was chill, but rumor has it winter turns this place into a human traffic jam. ❄️🙈
Quick tips nobody mentions at the entrance:
1. Forget your flip-flops—barefoot is mandatory, unless you splurge €3.50 for stylish anti-fungal socks. 🦶🏻🍄
2. Underground parking is a sneaky €8 for just 3 hours. Instead, opt for the open lot just 50 meters away (cheaper and less annoying). 🚗👌🏼
Bottom line: Great experience with a few chlorine-flavored catches. Come prepared, and embrace your new poolside perfume! 😂✌🏼"

"I paid 48 euros and had the worst experience. The staff refused me to take a bath because it wasn't a swimsuit I was wearing, and they were too lazy to explain why. So I still don't know where the problem lies with this swimsuit.
I bought the attached photo of the swimsuit for 50 euros at a department store. It's just after I took a shower so it's wet, but it dries very well. I wear this one at Marina Bay Sands and Four Seasons pools,I also went to a public hot spring in Budapest, but I have never been refused a bath. My friends have never told me this swimsuit looks unsanitary. As a result, I ended up paying 48 euros and just watching the bath. It's the most ridiculous experience of the year. If your facility has such interesting strict rules, please check the swimsuits at the first reception desk."
