What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Nonsuch Bay Resort offers a tranquil, adults-only escape with beautiful villas and a private beach, praised by many for its peaceful ambiance and attentive staff. However, some guests have found the food quality to be inconsistent and the remote location inconvenient for exploring the island.
"Beautiful hotel. Very unique and quiet. The furniture i love so much.Great for relaxation. Monike Colbourne, she went out of her way to help us. That's what hospitality is all about. Love u, girl. The food was top-notch. You should visit. "The escape" Non such Bay. Beautiful place."

"A beautiful property! Modern private houses just a stone throw from a private beach. It also has its own fine dining restaurant in that has its own pool and bar. A definite must visit, whether for vacation or seeking out options for moving to Antigua! It’s pretty far out on the Eastern side of the island but if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this may be a good option for you."

"We just got home from our stay and it was below satisfactory, to say the least.
The food is disgusting! We booked based off the reviews of the food. Not sure if the hotel paid for those reviews or not, but those good reviews were entirely a lie. We ended up eating out for 4 meals and had to choose the lobster ($40 upcharge) on our final night because everything else was nasty, bland and cold. The best thing on the menu was the corn chowder. Please bring in an executive chef not just cook. I understand the clientele seems to be majority European but there really should be a local cuisine option on your menu each night. Even the American food was unseasoned and dry. The resort is on the opposite side of the island so you have to take a $40-$60 taxi to get food in other parts of the island
There was blood on our sheets after being serviced from day two.
There was no wifi for 3 of 4 days. We would've liked to watch a movie at night because there's no resort entertainment, but couldn't because the TV didn't work either.
The mosquitoes are insufferable
The staff were pleasant but with only 40 rooms, you would think there would be more attention to customer service by the pool. Why is there no waiter by the pool? or porter for towels? You have to do everything yourself! It is not a 4 star experience at all. I get better service at the Hilton residence.
My massage, at 11:30a, in the last hour of my trip was the best part of my stay
Overall, very disappointing."

The 'Escape' Experience: Adults-Only Serenity
While the adults-only policy ensures peace, it also means that families with children will need to look elsewhere for their Antigua vacation. This exclusivity is a key selling point for those who value a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of more family-oriented destinations.
