"I went to the city hall BEFORE I called the useless 0800 number for neighbor assistance, who obviously don't manage anything and don't solve ANYTHING, I suggest you DON'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CALL, IF YOU'RE NOT A SQUATTER AND A FOREIGNER THEY WON'T TAKE NOTE OF YOU) to make a complaint, and obviously, NO ONE, BUT NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING. Not even which office I had to go to, or anything. They had me like a ball with no handle from 10 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon, and THEY DIDN'T SOLVE ANYTHING FOR ME. If you're not a slum dweller and they can't "fix" you with a box of food, a little bike or a path for the hallway, PAY AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH!! For those of us who religiously pay our taxes, who tore our souls out to buy a property legally, and who DON'T SQUAT, and who are NATIVE Argentinians descended from Italians and Galicians, there's NOT ONE SOLUTION. The service is filthy and a disgrace! People who only care about collecting their paycheck and going home early. THE END."
