"Beautiful from any angle"

"With all due respect, I'd like to share some areas for improvement.
I attended a baptism with my family members of all ages. Grandparents undergoing chemotherapy who wanted to see their granddaughter baptized, a cousin with a motor disability, a brother with hearing loss, and the girl in question who was to be baptized.
The Mass lasted 1.5 hours. The children who were to be baptized were crying from exhaustion and annoyance. The older ones felt bad about sitting still for so long in the parish church, which was freezing cold and had difficult acoustics to understand what the deacon was saying.
It didn't seem like everyone was welcome. I didn't feel empathy for the situation, I didn't see compassion for those who need special assistance.
I didn't see that everyone is welcome or that it is an inclusive space.
What are your suggestions? At baptisms, have a meeting that is for and by the children, no more than 40 minutes.
Improve the sound for the elderly or those with hearing loss, so their voices don't resonate, and adjust their implants or hearing aids.
The 40-minute duration also allows the disabled to prevent their bedsores from worsening and to be able to move them. Many ideas can be shared to make churches a place of mercy for those with other needs."
