What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Estancia 25 de Mayo for its authentic gaucho experience, engaging demonstrations, and delicious traditional Patagonian meals. The folkloric show is a lively highlight, and the staff's passion is frequently noted. While some found the meats slightly dry, the overall experience is highly recommended for its cultural immersion and generous hospitality.
"This was my first visit to an Estancia, and it was very enjoyable. The service was superb overall and my waitress, Gisela, was outstanding! She greeted me warmly outside in the parking lot upon my arrival and described the offerings for the evening meal, and seated me at the best table. She was very attentive throughout the evening. The salad bar was top notch, as were the roasted veggies served with the meats at the table side service. The beef and lamb were a little dry to my liking, but the chicken and sausage were flavorful. The Folklorico Show was fun! It ends with a lot of audience participation which I think is wonderful. You get to break the ice with people you've spent time dining near, but not interacting. The World needs more of that these days!"

"I almost regretted booking the tour in the Estancia but in the end it was one of the most remarkable experiences during our trip to Patagonia. The explanations, history, movie, music, dinner. Pancho, the guide, is a great musician (and of course thanks to Mariano for the extra ice cream ball)."
