Iguazu Falls
Hello from Ireland! I'm seeking some advice on how to make the most of our time at Iguazu, on both sides of the border. We'll be travelling from Buenos Aires to IGR initially, with the flight landing c.6.00pm on 28 March and then flying to Rio from IGU at 3pm on 30 March, so…
Iguazu Falls experience, which side to choose
Hey guys, Just want to share my experience of visiting both sides of the falls with you. We visited the Brazilian side first and the Argentinian side second, where we also did a boat trip. We also visited the bird park on the Brazilian side. Our lesson learned: Don't do the…

Looks beautiful, and I'd love to visit but is there anything to do around the area aside from looking at the waterfalls? Did you visit the falls from the Brazilian side, the Argentine side, or both? Which would you recommend? How much time do you think is ideal to fully enjoy…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently rave about the Gran Aventura Boat Safari, calling it a 'once in a lifetime opportunity' and 'so worth it' for the exhilarating, up-close experience with Iguazu Falls. The thrill of getting soaked and the unique perspective are major highlights. Some prefer the calmer Paseo Ecológico for its nature focus and fewer crowds.
"The gran adventure was so worth it. We didn’t know, but you can bring clothes to change into after. You’ll wait a bit to get a ride back, so you have time. There’s nothing like being IN the falls. It rained the day we were there, but still worth it!!"

"This was the once in a lifetime opportunity to see a amazing natural and I will remember this for the rest of my life. This was so much fun, and we were able to get to it. 🥰😘👰🏼♀️💘🤵🏻♂️💍My HUSBAND ❤️💙💜💗💛💖💞💚❣️💓😻🧡💘💝👩❤️👨💌, Sister is completely accessible for the entire family. I highly recommend."

"Instead of taking the train back down from Estación Garganta, we opted for the Paseo Ecológico boat ride (30 mins) for the calm experience through nature (key benefit is that this is away from people). We have definitely made the right decision! Fidel was our guide and we had four people on the boat. We saw fish, different species of birds including kingfishers, saw a different side of the park, and learnt a little about the ecology of the park.
Fidel was helpful and kind, and answered questions we had about the park.
We only stumbled upon the ticket booth for this out of curiosity, and it's not something that's widely advertised online. We would recommend this experience for people who like nature and a more natural eco friendly experience."
