What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the MUGA for its wonderful guided tours that illuminate the faculty's history and the importance of early scientific tools, especially the impressive equatorial telescope. The free admission is a significant plus, though some note the museum's small size and reliance on scheduled tours for access.
"A wonderful guided tour, in addition to allowing us to learn more about the history of the faculty, puts us in the shoes of when it was founded and how important it was for things that are now basic, like telling time."
José Guerrero
"Beautiful. A recommended visit."

"It's a fairly small museum, the most interesting part being the visit to the old equatorial telescope. I was able to enjoy it on a Saturday when they offered two guided tours (access is only available at specific times and with a guide; it's not a museum with extended hours where you can enter alone). The guide is friendly and tries to explain some scientific concepts. Don't expect to find much; there are some old scientific instruments and the large telescope, and the guide explains the function of each one."
