"Amazing piece of modern architecture! It's so sad to see the government or other investors are not seriously financing a retauration to its full potential. It looks like an aftermath of a bomb detonated inside. You can still sense the perfect proportions and detail aims from the original design. We were able to have a short conversation with the university department encharged of protecting the project, they have the intellectual forces but like I said, they need some serious investments. They were kind enough to teach us a bit from the history of the residence in connection to its author, Amancio Williams."

"Interesting enough. It's a pity the place was burn down so many times, until the government took on the task of keeping the remains."
