"The current management is appalling. Disabling such an essential service as water on a daily basis is truly worrying. It seems like no one consumes anything at night. Added to this, I haven't seen any reduction in costs for a service that is only partially provided.
Another point to consider is the large amount of unnecessary investments in the city's aesthetics when people are homeless. Thank goodness political speeches state that the city and province lack the funds for pay raises for public employees."

"We've been paying for the sealing fee for them to come to my home to empty the well since February, and we're still waiting. We've called every week since then, and they tell us the truck broke down or that they'll prioritize it, but the truth is, they haven't come yet. It's a shame that if they don't plan on installing sewage systems, they can't provide a decent, functioning service, since they charge for it, and we pay sky-high taxes as if it were a residential area.
This service has always been pathetic, but under this administration, the inadequacy has only worsened."
