"This park is the nicest within this city. I recommend you to stop for a few hours and go along the river. One of the most beautiful location within Argentina. If you visit Paraguay from asunción or ciudad de l'est you should definitely try incarnation and take a bus to this gorgeous Argentina city. Pay the bus in pesos (300) and return the same day if hostels are too expensive. The other park is not amazing but it is nearby and you might as well visit it. The church is beautiful and the area is super safe."
