Reviews Summary

La Aripuca is a unique ecological park with a striking giant wooden trap and informative displays on local flora and fauna. While some visitors find it a worthwhile stop for its conservation message and artisanal crafts, others perceive it as an overpriced 'tourist trap' with limited attractions compared to its entrance fee.

"A tourist trap! Nothing to see only to buy, wooden furniture and local trinkets. The admission fee is 5 argentina pesos. In the main building they have 4 signs with info about the flowers, animals and the species of trees. The rest of the area has a restaurant, bar and gift shops. The town shops offer the same or similar souvenirs with half price. Disappointed i wouldn’t recommend a visit"

Codito (Codito)

"Small but quite interesting ecological site with a butterfly farm some tortoises and an artificial waterfall."

John Montague

"It's a nice place to visit if you have some time to spare. We arrived close to closing hours, so they let us in without paying. The guide gave us a short introduction to the park, and then we just wandered around for a bit."
