"Very educational exhibits and amazing sensory rooms where you feel you are under water with the whales. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Cost may be a bit much for what there is but it is going towards a good organization."

"An interesting centre, with an interesting way of portraying whales. However, almost all signage is in Spanish. The centre provides a QR code to access English text and even provides internet in the centre. However, in spite of help from the staff, our connections (on 3 phones) kept dropping and we gave up on getting any English information. Sad, given that there was a lot to understand and that there is a simple low-tech solution—providing a paper copy of the information. They could be plastic-covered sheets that would be returned at the end of the visit."
