"We came from far away to visit this place with great excitement, and it was closed 45 minutes before the supposed closing time. There was someone inside, but he wouldn't let us in. After a long while, the man who was there came out, and I tried to talk to him. He quickly locked the door as if he couldn't hear me talking. He walked off, leaving me talking alone because, according to him, he had to go get his motorcycle. I told him we'd come from far away, guided by his schedule, and that today was our last day here. He simply told me that they sometimes open and sometimes close because it's a private entity. Without even saying hello, he turned his back on us and walked away, leaving us standing outside. I was truly disappointed by the lack of empathy."
