Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Cabildo for its excellent historical exhibitions, which effectively blend history with modern technology for an engaging and educational experience. The staff is noted for their attentiveness, making it an ideal spot for families to learn about Jujuy's heritage. However, some guests have expressed concerns regarding payment methods, specifically the card-only policy and potential security issues, as well as perceived price discrepancies for locals versus foreigners.
"I highly recommend this place if you're interested in history and you're passing through Jujuy! Just a small detail: if you arrive at the museum and want to buy your ticket on the spot, they only accept debit cards or bank transfers. If you have plenty of time, I suggest you stop to read and/or interact in each room because the experience is very engaging and completely immerses you in the climates, communities, and important events of the province. I loved the details in all the rooms, and the work done by all the artists involved in this project is evident."

"Excellent museum with a historical exhibit well worth seeing. They use modern signage and the latest visual and audio technology, and it's also interactive and complemented with historical artifacts. The staff is excellent."
Cary de los Santos Guibert
"An excellent experience at one of the most educational museums in Argentina.
I'm giving it three stars because the only negative point, and no less important, is that admission can only be paid with a card, and you have to give it to the person serving you, and they take notes on some information. I didn't like this at all, as they can also see your PIN and can therefore use it to buy whatever they want. Obviously, I refused to give it to them and was almost denied entry to the museum. I stayed and had to register on the online ticket purchase website.
So, be careful.
Otherwise, the museum is excellent."
