The building's historical significance is well-appreciated, and accessibility features are noted positively. However, some reviews mention inconsistent experiences with staff, with a few instances of poor service during administrative interactions.
"It is a very nice public and historic building to visit, but you have to be careful and ask for prior authorization. Visits are guided and generally for school groups. You can also enter to carry out a procedure or an audience with a legislator, for this you have to be patient because they ask for your ID and investigate your reason for wanting to enter. There are public restrooms in both the Chamber of Deputies (the right wing of the building) and the Senate (the left wing of the building). The 🚽 have a hook to hang your 👜 or 🎒, there is a bathroom for people with disabilities and access ramps for people with mobility disabilities ♿, the place to change babies 🚼 is in the women's bathroom ♀️ and since the building was recently remodeled, the emergency signs are new (they didn't let me take pictures). I couldn't see if it has fire extinguishers 🧯"

"There are two parts to this building.
The first door is lined with digital cameras. I felt like I was in the Pentagon. I was able to hand in my resume to the senators in the chamber, and they treated me excellently.
The second door was a security ogre who wouldn't let me hand it in to the chamber of deputies because they wouldn't accept people like me. The order was to not let anyone in without warrants or someone they knew into the chamber."
