"The service was quite good. The property is nice (the children's playground needs maintenance). The paddle tennis court was usable, but poorly maintained. Part of the parking lot (the one in front of the complex) has partial shade; this isn't a problem because it provides protection during a hailstorm (which we experienced), but some cars were left in the spot without a partial shade because it was torn. We stayed in the upper cabins (very close to the barbecue area): they needed cleaning and much, much maintenance. The blankets were torn, the stove smelled of gas when used, the cutlery was a mix from all the cabins, and a sponge or something similar was missing to wash dishes. The breakfast was basic, but fine.
I'm giving it 2 stars because 6 of the cabins were "slightly" better (the ones in pairs) and were fairly well located (a short drive from the downtown area).
One of the cabins (No. 10) was overpriced and had no hot water. The person he hired arrived at the last minute and was charged $18,000 a night (more than double what he would have charged if he had booked a week in advance). They took advantage of the situation since it was a busy weekend."

"Fui hace unos años la pasé de 10 con mi hijo ya q había canchita de padle y jugamos bastante, también una canchita de fútbol dónde peloteamos....Vi q separaban sector cabañas y hotel y así también las piletas...nos tocaron buenos días, disfrutamos sus amplios jardines, no usamos las parrillas la atención muy buena. "The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. It has a nice pool and sundeck, but the jacuzzi is dirty in the middle of the season. The staff was very helpful... Don't expect much. What I liked least were the rooms, which were nothing like what we were told on the phone. They told us they had made changes, painted them, installed air conditioning, LCD TVs, etc., but when we arrived, the paint was falling off the ceiling, damp everywhere, cobwebs, broken doors, and there are three electrical outlets in the room, and only one works; charging two phones at once is impossible. In relation to the price, it doesn't justify it. The only thing I appreciate is the water pressure, which is excellent. And if I forget something... I'd rather stay here because I wasn't at all satisfied with the hotel."
