What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Grapefield Beach's stunning, wild beauty and the mesmerizing spectacle of kite surfers. The crystal-blue waters and rugged cliffs are major highlights. However, some note that the beach can experience littering and that an ATV is often recommended for full exploration due to the terrain.
"An unbelievable drive lead us this way. At the Anchor leading to Baby Beach we decided to go left and WOW!! The water was an unbelievable crystal blue!! Kite surfers were doing their thing and watching them was amazing. There are cliffs, goats and donkeys. We were in a regular car so we stayed on a mainly hard surface road and saw a dune buggy course with tires mapping out an area to do that. The only prison in Aruba is on the Cliffs. The Wind Turbines can be found here. There are also old small abandoned shacks from years ago when they were used for weekend fishing. Left abandoned, some beautifully colored adds to the mystic of this beautiful area. It's definitely worth a drive out to see."

"Good beach, but maybe too many tourist activities on this side of the island. The place was thronged with ATVs, kite-surfers, etc. and a little bit of littering on this beach as compared to other cleaner beaches of Aruba."

"An ATV is recommended for this area, but since we only had a small car, we just took a short ride out here to check out the view. There were tons of goats near the cliff that we got to see run straight up to the top. This is a beautiful area. Lots of wind, so there were constantly kite boarders in the water, which were very fun to watch."
