Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise JamFactory for its exceptional display of South Australian craft and design, particularly the mesmerizing glassblowing demonstrations. The opportunity to see artists at work and purchase unique, high-quality pieces directly from them is a major draw. While parking can be a challenge, the free entry and enriching experience make it a highly recommended destination for art lovers and families alike.

"An excellent experience to see such beautiful glass, and pottery. I'm impressed that the South Australian Premier, Don Dunstan had the foresight to put money into the arts in the 1970/80s. This has given young artists the opportunity to learn and develop their skills. I have several beautiful pieces of pottery from the Jam Factory. I like that they have kept the name, Jam Factory because they started in the old Jam Factory at St Peter's where jam was once made. When they moved to the city sight they keep the name Jam Factory. I think it's an awesome, quirky name."

"The viewing platform is a good way to observe the artisans at work. It actually wow-ed my 11yr old ( we had seen the Netflix series on Glassworks!)..worth ane xperience... they also sell their finished work ( reasonable.pricing)..."
