What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Ascot Racecourse is widely praised for its fantastic atmosphere, especially during Royal Ascot, and its world-class racing. Visitors enjoy the blend of sport and social elegance, with many highlighting the impressive fashion and the quality of dining options. However, some find the prices for food and drinks to be on the higher side.
"The Terrace Restaurant at Perth racecourse was magnificent. There was a buffet style 3 course menu, alongside a beverage package, with personal waiters. We spent the day in the lower terrace part of the restaurant. The food was fantastic. The service was quick and helpful and the drinks were always cold and perfect view of the racing. Great day out and would definitely do it again"

"This is the best place to watch and bet on horse racing! It’s a fantastic venue to catch up with friends and family. The food is great, and there's a wide variety of drinks to choose from. It’s also kid-friendly, as long as kids stay with their parents and don’t handle betting slips. I can’t wait for the racing season to open in October and the Melbourne Cup!"
Myungok Lee
"Great spot for the races or social. Plenty of shade for the hot summer days. 20 bucks for a stubby and cool drink a bit rich though 😜"
