"My elderly dad has been at Pittwater Palms, in the supported living units for the past 7 months. I am so happy with the care and dedication of the nursing staff there. My dad has the onset of Alzheimers and needs a fair bit of support. I really like that the staff are permanent there and are there continually from week to week. This has enabled him to remember who they are and form a relationship with them. The 2 head nurses, Anne and Liz are absolutely wonderful and very considerate, looking out for him and making his stay there an enjoyable one. The other residents are lovely and always happy to say hi, and have a chat with dad. I can highly recommend 'The Lodge' at Pittwater Palms for supported living."

"I bought the house of a lovely lady moving into Pittwater Palms. Here we are less then 24 hours away from settlement & 40 minutes before the banks close & Pittwater Palms have not sent settlement cheque information we need to pay them & settle! SELFISH, INCONSIDERATE & TOTALLY DISORGANISED & UNPROFESSIONAL! So why would anyone think you are caring enough or capable enough to take care of elderly people when you can't even give simple instructions so your buyer can settle & move in, in a timely manner? At this stage you have cost me time & money & it is seriously looking like we won't be able to settle tomorrow because of your incompetence!"
