"We recently hosted the Gen Collective 2025 Level Up Conference in the South East Room at the 16s, and the events team were outstanding from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly - nothing was ever too much trouble, even some last minute requests.
The space is gorgeous, it was spacious, and perfectly set up to accommodate our large group while still feeling warm and inviting. The view is spectatular.
We couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for such an important event. We’re so grateful to the staff for helping us deliver a seamless and memorable conference, and we look forward to coming back again in the future."

"Came here for the first time for a birthday lunch. The view from the dining room is stunning and will not disappoint. Lots of different areas to sit and take in the scenery. Food was good, extremely large portions that we could not finish. I think the menu could do with a few more options but it is a club and they do well to serve the hoards of people coming through the doors."
