"Kiosk closed and uncontactable. Vline staff unhelpful, dismissive and passive. No customer service or ownership. Vending machine debited bank card for $5.20 but did not deliver the drink. Paid for nothing and left thirsty, out of pocket $5.20 and fobbed off by vline staff in attendance. Hmmm....and Bendigo is promoting itself as a vline regional travel destination. And vline promotes itself as a prefered travel provider of choice post covid. It's cheaper to travel by car and you can stop and pay for a drink, receive it, and be treated better. Good grief!!!!!"

"I love traveling by train and the service to and from Bendigo is just terrific! The ticket inspectors on the trains are extremely polite and friendly. The old part of the station building is beautiful. (The newer part not so good.) One thing that made me laugh though was a notice I saw at the kiosk that contained THREE spelling mistakes! I have posted a photo of it in the photo section. Have a look!"
