Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Parliamentary Triangle for its impressive architecture, serene lake setting, and significant national institutions. It's a great spot for walks, picnics, and understanding Australia's governance. However, some find amenities like restrooms can be hard to locate, and waterfront cafes are noted as being on the pricier side.

"♡Drone and markets event♡

On the 25th to the 27th of January, Canberra has an amazing drone light show and evening markets,

Which we didn't attend to the markets in the park, so I can not pass any information...

It was a very busy night, although we were lucky and got to Lake Burley Griffith water front early and picked the perfect spot for the drone show!

The drone show is a 3-part show, and I truly can say it was a wonderful event and a must-see event!

So if you are around Canberra and have never seen a drone light show, you best be thinking about heading to Lake Burley Griffith before the show finishes on the 27th. You will not be disappointed!

Take a chair for comfort, which we did, and I'm so glad we did as there was only a concert to sit on and the mosquitoes were hungry so pick in some spary or cover yourself up...

And 1 more thing the toilets were hard to find which were up in the park..."
