"Caulfield city hall has a nice art gallery. It's free and mostly from amateur / young artists. They have special events every now and then. There is also a library in the back of the building with plenty of carpark spaces at either end. Probably not a type of place were you plan to go and visit solely for the sake of it but if you are in the neighborhood and have some free time on hand is worth paying a visit."
