"Big shopping centre. Big carpark problems. Hard to find spot on a Saturday, the first sunny day after a week of rain. Expect driving in circles in horizontal and vertical planes. All to just grab some takeaway from food court aptly named "Hawker Lane". Need to have an express parking option, even if patrolled/manned. Cathay Pacific was exhibiting their new Aria seats but queues were long."

"Not only are some of the escalators not working, they have a bigger problem - there is a need to curb arrogant drivers who drive as if they freaking own the car parks. It’s accidents prone due to lack of surveillance of their security staffs. Otherwise, work with the council to have their parking rangers to issue infringement notices to drivers who turn into lanes that clearly had signs indicating no turning into lanes when so many care less drivers did on our many visits. They can exceed their KPIs at the carparks."
