"Mount Lofty Botanic Garden is truly one of Adelaide’s hidden gems. The gardens are beautifully maintained and offer something special in every season — from the vibrant autumn leaves to the colourful spring blooms.
The walking trails are well-marked, and there’s so much to explore, whether you want a gentle stroll or a more challenging hike. I loved wandering through the different sections, especially the cool-climate plants and the fern gullies — it feels like you’re walking through a fairytale forest at times!

The only tip is to wear good walking shoes — some paths can be quite steep. And bring a jacket, as it can be cooler up there.
