"Beautiful gardens. Recommend to take the scenic drive around the property first. Signs are located as soon as you drive in. It will bring you up to a carpark. Perfect place to take in the views, have a picnic, or short stroll to the wonderful cafe. Allow yourself a few hours or plan the day. Public Toilets are available. Beautiful walking trails amongst the trees, gorgeous unique flowers. Highly recommend the cafe for a bite and coffee."

"If you in Daylesford, go and see this little botanic garden. A little bit neglected but just in the right way to make your mind wander... Go on a quiet evening and watch the sunset or marvel at some of the big feature trees. Don't forget to walk through the fernery below the car park..."

"Beautiful gardens! This is a lovely, quiet, serene place to walk or sit. I was disappointed that what looked like a lake on the map turned out to be a covered reservoir. However, to make up for that disappointment is the fact that the stairs to the lookout tower were not locked! Definitely worth a trip to the gardens for the beautiful landscaping, but don't miss the views from the tower. Great photo app for the surrounding area!"
