"WOW, these fall are well worth the walk down & back. To be able to walk behind the falls was the highlight. TIP you can drive to the Glades picnic area carpark if you want a shorter walk"

"Another beautiful waterfall that is located at the bottom of the rainforest walk in dorrigi national park. We took a short cut as we did the walk with the kids. Park at "The Glade picnic area" and take the walk down crystal falls. The only way to reach the waterfall is by walk and it takes 20 mins downhill and 30 mins uphill if you are walking at slow pace. Thanks to the person at visitor information center who guided us to take this shortcut instead of full 6.6km circuit walk."
Priya
"Pretty easy walk down to the falls on a clearly marked pathway. We spent 20 minutes or so enjoying the stunning scenery when we finally reached the suspension bridge. We went on an overcast day and at times were surrounded by a misty atmosphere which made it very pretty. A bit unique due to the fact that you can walk underneath the falls too."

Navigating the Crystal Shower Falls Walk
For those seeking a more immersive rainforest experience, the Wonga Circuit Walk from the Dorrigo Rainforest Centre is an option. This longer, approximately 6km loop, also passes by Tristania Falls before reaching Crystal Shower Falls. While this offers a more comprehensive exploration of the park's biodiversity, it requires more time and energy. Regardless of the chosen path, the trails are generally well-maintained and clearly marked, ensuring a safe and enjoyable hike.
It's important to note that while the initial part of the walk from The Glade is suitable for prams, the path beyond the suspension bridge becomes unpaved and may be challenging for strollers. Wearing comfortable walking shoes is highly recommended due to the inclines and uneven terrain.
