What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Zebedee Springs is a highly popular and beautiful natural thermal spring oasis, praised for its warm, clear waters and stunning palm-fringed setting. Visitors love the relaxing atmosphere and the short, scenic walk. However, its popularity means it can get very crowded, especially after 8 AM, and the limited morning access (closing at noon) can be frustrating for those wanting to linger.
"This is a very popular and busy thermal springs set in a gorge, a short walk from the carpark. Carparking in restricted, both in number of places and timing. The number restriction means when the carpark is full so will be the springs. Timing, the springs close at midday, so morning only access. Shaded and well graded walk up to the springs. Interpretive panels along the way explain fauna and flora. The springs have two main areas, the lower a series of connected small pools linked to upper pool by short waterfall. The top pool is a scramble rock climb to access. These pools are very busy in the morning and popular with families and children. Water is nice temperature and the palms provide dappled shade. Nice."

"The walk to the springs were really short 5 mins tops, the springs were beautiful! They do close the springs after 12pm for the guest staying at Zebedee Spring Lodge. It’s a great quick stop to sit and enjoy the springs early in the morning if you have a long day ahead of you"

"Such a great place to visit. Hot Springs with crystal clear water in a rainforest environment. A very short walk from the car park, and open to the public between 8 am and 12 pm. As it is part of El Questro, you'll need a day pass to access this and other ELQ gorges etc. These can be bought at the ELQ Homestead or Emma Gorge Resort."
