Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise Sydney Premier Karting Park for its thrilling racing experience and suitability for group events, with staff frequently commended for their helpfulness, especially towards those with disabilities. However, some reviews point to inconsistencies in kart maintenance and track condition, and a few negative experiences with staff conduct have been reported.
"I recently visited Eastern Sydney Premier Karting Park with a group of 24 office colleagues, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we strapped on our helmets and hit the track, the excitement never let up.
The experience kicked off with a briefing session, after which we jumped into our karts for a thrilling ride. We had two warm-up laps to get a feel for the track, followed by two intense 10-minute heats, and finally, a 15-minute grand final. The entire event was incredibly well-organized, and every moment behind the wheel was pure adrenaline.
Despite being a first-time karter and spinning out once, I managed to complete all the laps in a respectable time—thankfully not finishing last! Racing against colleagues added a competitive edge, and we all shared plenty of laughs along the way.
This park is a fantastic spot to bring adult kids over 17 for a day of fun and competition. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, especially to see if they introduce even newer karts. The track is great, and the overall experience is one I highly recommend!"

"One of my very few negative reviews. The first kart I used was so horribly bouncy that it ended up hurting my back. I couldn't finish my allotted laps. That's never happened to me before. The next kart was so good, it honestly felt like it had suspension or that the track had been resurfaced between runs but unfortunately, the damage was already done. As good as the second kart was, I couldn't finish my run again.
Two of my sons who also raced called me this morning (two days later) and asked if I'm as sore as they are are.
Even though the staff were fantastic, I just won't be going back. Such a shame. I love karting."

"Doesn't deserve a star.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not for safety, not for service, and definitely not for how they treat people.
The go-karts are completely unreliable. One of them shut off mid-race without warning, which could have led to a serious crash. That’s not a small issue — it’s a massive failure in safety protocols, and frankly, it’s alarming that they’re still operating under these conditions.
When we brought this up, instead of concern or action, we were met with hostility and verbal abuse from staff. A team member named Andre went as far as to blame and swear at us. His behaviour was not only unprofessional — it carried a clear racial undertone that made the experience even more uncomfortable and unacceptable.
This wasn’t a one-off bad day. It was a clear reflection of how little care this business has for its customers’ safety or dignity. Avoid this place — for your own good."
