"I was pleasantly surprised by this attraction - for $10 it’s well worth the visit. Just make sure you download maps offline as there’s limited access on the grounds.
The kiosk offered alternative payment options which was handy, and the maps were well stocked so you could choose your own adventure.
Amenities were plenty and well kept - with lawn around picnic areas cut short for convenience.
Very happy I stopped by and not enough time to explore every inch so I will return."

"The best spot to catch up wild platypus in Tasmania!!! Tasmanian Arboretum is a large park with various species and wildlife. Besides platypus we saw black swan as well ( on the ground, ili silly but cute haha )🤣"

"Its beautiful out there. Almost guarantee to see platypus. So many different looks all year round. Autumn is incredible. Lovely hills to roll down. Trees to pay under. Seats to sit and enjoy the view. If you struggle with mobility, there is an alternative. Speak to the wonderful volunteers for help"
