Great description of the ridges and mountains etc.

The best lookout along the alpine way."

"200m off the main highway the turn off is well posted. Parking for a number of cars and although no dedicated spots for caravans or trailers there is plenty of space to park and turn round. Toilets and picnic table, although the table is away from the view. Wheelchair accessible to the platform which is only a few metres from the car park. Great views and well worth the stop."
Paul Taylor
"Great place to stop and take in the views of snowy mountains area and surrounding. Nice open deck extends out for a perfect view. There are public toilets and a table to have some food but too many flies and too hot to sit outside. Cool spot to stretch your legs on a windy road if you are driving or riding."
