"I was wrongly accused of paying with counterfeit notes at the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music, even though the cash came directly from a bank. The receptionist even claimed “their fingerprints were all over the notes,” which was irrelevant and deeply humiliating.

Two senior staff stood by and witnessed my embarrassment, and I had to take time off work to investigate the matter myself. The Conservatorium has also made repeated invoice mistakes, showing poor accountability.

Their written “apology” defended staff actions and dismissed my experience by saying it was “never their intention” to make me feel that way — a deflection that fails to take real responsibility.

An organisation that claims to value integrity and accountability should uphold those values in practice. My family will no longer participate in any lactivities with this organisation. See what they sent me."
