"A short drive from Bendigo, Mount Alexander is known for it's granite boulders, hiking tracks and scenic views. A great place to get out into nature. Leanganook Campsite was where we parked for the day, heading off into the bush for a walk. A great camping spot for those inclined with toilets and running water. There is little signage and no looping tracks.
The Dog Rocks are not far from here, offering large granite boulders with anchors already installed for bouldering enthusiasts."
