"When I started playing this game, there was no ticket been counted to my card even there were lots of tokens dropped. Then I won one of the jackpot game and got all tokens from the platforms on both the left and the right. Still no tickets has been counted to my card. After delaying for 5 minutes, finally it counted but only 600 tickets. With all these tokens but only 600 tickets?? Called the staff, showed her this video. She said it was a new machine, even they didn't know the ratio but it is not 1 token to 1 ticket. She said I only used 4 taps and won 600 tickets was very decent. If I am not happy with the payout, she can deduct the tickets and refund my credit. How often you can get a jackpot? Regardless how many taps I've used, it is a jackpot!! After she tested the machine, confirmed it was faulty. She did not offer any compensation to my jackpot.
I didn't complaint about spending over $120 credit to get one blind box prize which can be bought at $25 from Miniso. I didn't complaint about the other machine keep reducing the jackpot payout, the Sponge Bob one cut from 1000 tickets to now only 650 tickets. Timezone keeps increasing the price per play but decreasing the jackpot payout. It is a big scamming company."
