"Everything about this place is wonderful. I’m partly disabled, I sent a message a few hours before I arrived telling them I was experiencing a lot of pain in my legs. They rang me straight away,, changed my booking to a disabled room and offered to put down a mattress on the floor for my daughter. When i arrived the receptionist was very friendly and sympathetic, absolutely lovely lady. She explained the best place to park so I didn’t need to walk very far and said she was there to help…so lovely. When I got to my room they’d already popped the air conditioner on and everything was lovely and clean. What a beautiful place to stay. So peaceful and the lake is such a picturesque delight. I highly recommend this place."
