"I have mobility issues which means i use a mobility scooter to get around and can not stand for long or walk far at all. if you use a wheelie walker there is no ramp to access the building…..i believe the building is heritage listed which is the excuse used! when in fact, there are two sets of 3 steps one of which set could have a ramp over them for better access, which would not damage the tile work should it be considered heritage listed also. Once inside, the isles are wide enough to accommodate a wheelie walker and i would say a mobility scooter. The staff member was helpful in offering to get a chair for me to sit while using their service, but was hesitant to leave said chair there for others to use, as she said it would cause difficulties to get around it! In my humble opinion, the isles and the counter space had ample enough room for a chair for those who need it."

"Terrible service 90% of the time. Accept my ID on my phone previously but then decides today its not acceptable. I have the text, app, message and email proving its my parcel. Digital IDs are acceptable normally. I live out of town so to go home and get a physical ID is pathetic. Worst post office i have ever encountered. I wouldn’t have to come in to pick up my parcels if they delivered them in the first place."
