A gorgeous venue, and a fantastic view from anywhere in the stalls!! in the higher up seats, there are structural poles that may block your view (and have for me in the past!) so definitely check where you’re tickets are and look for photos from those spots to make sure you have the best view!
Sound is absolutely incredible and you can really feel the entire place shake when the bass kicks up"

"Watched Beauty and the Beast here twice and could not speak more highly of it! The theatre is lovely inside and out, and the atmosphere is incredible. The first time I went I sat in the stalls at the back and could only see half the stage and there was a post in front of me that I had to try and look around and that was restricted seating so be aware of them when booking as you may not have the best viewing experience. Overall I love this theatre!"

"The "Beauty and the Beast, The Musical" shown in Her Majesty's Theatre in Melbourne was one of the best theatrical experiences I ever had.
The 1,700-seat theatre in Melbourne's East End Theatre District was built in 1886. The 139 year old theatre is classified by the National Trust of Australia and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
The theatre is easy to navigate and is not overwhelming even to our nieces and nephew with ages ranging from 12 - 18. It was a perfect place to stage an excellent production like the Beauty and the Beast. It also helped that everyone is quite familiar to the story and songs of the musical so it was engaging.
Everyone rated the experience of watching the show 10/10.
