"Did the walk from the Gorge day visitors car park to The Monolith, very easy 30-45 minute walk which if dry, runners would be fine to do the walk in.
Well labelled walk and not much in the way of hills, except when you get to The Monolith, were its a good 5-10 minute walk up steep steps, but there are plenty of places to rest if needed.
Once you get to the top of the rocks where The Monolith is, what a spectacular view, especially on a clear day and definitely worth the effort.
Interesting history about it and shame the ladder was removed :)"

Nigel

"Extremely beautiful and an easy 1 hour return hike.

You just have to keep an eye out for all the wombat droppings on the trail. This species likes to leave their droppings on the stone steps.

Also, the high winds up there can blow your hat / cap away."

Daniel Tan

"Nice and easy hike and well worth it. Spectacular view."
