What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the magical atmosphere, enchanting lights, and immersive Harry Potter-themed displays, calling it an amazing and spectacular experience. The staff are frequently praised for being wonderful and helpful. However, the high cost of tickets, parking, food, and merchandise is a significant drawback for many, with some finding it prohibitively expensive.
"Parking staff were excellent and made it easy when we arrived, we paid for the premium parking so we were really close to the entrance and based on the size of the parking area, money well spent.
We did notice one disabled person using a mobility scooter and they were able to park extremely close to the entrance, which I thought was great.
Walking the path was fantastic, our kids loved it, it did take us well over an hour to walk it, but this was due to waiting in line to take photos of a few attractions and having 4 kids, but it’s worth it.
The only thing to considering is if you have difficulty walking or need a mobility scooter or cane than the trail might be somewhat of a challenge due to the darkness and uneven ground, but we did see someone with a scooter but unsure if they had any issues.
The only thing that was a negative is the price of food, I understand and expect things to be slightly expensive at these types of events, but $12 for a sausage roll is crazy.
Otherwise, the event was fantastic and if you are a Harry Potter fan than you will love
This and it’s a must to see."
