"Highly recommended bush walk. Really enjoyed it today. It was a cool day in early winter and it was a pleasant temperature.
It took us about an hour each way to do the walk, noting that we are in our 70's and stopped many times to take photo's.
Relatively easy walk for most age groups with a light rock climb up a rock face. Well maintained track."

"Castle Rocks walk is a mostly flat, walking track that takes you through Munghorn Gap Nature Reserve. The track is 2m wide most of the way, well marked by fine sand. In just 4km you will reach the bottom of the lookout, after which some scrambling is required to reach the top of the lookout. We didn’t see any emus however the view is spectacular. Hard to believe this spot isn’t more popular. Easy to understand why this site is important for Wiradjuri people. Please take your rubbish with you, let’s retain this special places’ beauty"
