"I had a great experience at City Cave Nth Strathfield. This was my first visit, and Georgina, one of the owners was incredibly lovely and helpful. She took the time to explain how to use the sauna, which made the whole experience even better.
The space itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very calming. I tried the infrared sauna and red-light therapy, both of which were fantastic, (you are provided with protective glasses for the red-light therapy session). The private rooms are thoughtfully designed with their own showers, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
After my session, I was able to relax with a healthy herbal tea, which was a really nice touch. I’ll definitely be going back to try the Epsom salt flotation next.
