"My father is buried here and I visited his gravesite the last time I was in Fremantle. I wasn’t sure where the area was and the grounds people were so helpful and very respectful. It is a lovely cemetery very well maintained. It does have some famous people buried there including the legendary frontman of AC/DC Bon Scott."

"Today attended placement of my Dad's ashes, and also was finally having the ashes of my baby, stillborn almost 40 years ago, laid to rest alongside my Dad. The gentleman who attended to place the ashes was so respectful (wish I had asked his name) and was more then I expected, asked if I wanted to say any words, my family noticed rose petals had been added at bottom of my baby's resting place for his ashes to be placed on. Gentleman gave us rosemary sprigs to place on top of both my Dad's and baby's ashes, and then we played my Dad's favourite song whilst the gentleman filled up the resting place and placed the plaques. Every detail, down to the weather was perfect. My Dad loved Fremantle, and the Cemetery is so beautiful, I could not think of a better resting place for him. Much appreciation to the gentleman who attended, and to the amazing work of the people who made the plaques."
