"It was an amazing experience for me. I'll never forget it. I went here on a rainy day and this place was full of fog. I couldn't even see the bay or palm trees from this lookout. But I had this wonderful time inside the fog, chilling. On top of it, there was no other visitors. I really enjoyed the time and this place is well maintained and have several bbq areas(gas powered, provided). It is an amazingly beautiful place. There is a lot of birds as well. You must not miss it if coming to Paluma."

"Beautiful view on a clear day. (Think the view might be better in the mornings cause it became quite misty in the afternoon) Has picnic/ bbq facilities and plenty of space for kids to play around. Toilets are quite stinky though. Has wheelchair access upto this point. Don’t forget your insect repellent."

"Nice place for a picnic with a view. Plenty of green in the rainforest, in contrast to nearby-Townsville, which is brown most of the year. Gas-stoves, toilets and RV-friendly parking provided. Only a minute or two walk from carpark. Consider bringing mosquito repellent and sun protection. Sun and rain shelter is provided."
