Sydney delivers yet again, lovely paddle over to Shark Island this morning

This looks so amazing. I've always wanted to kayak through the harbour but it always looked so daunting (I've been an indoors/ resort person my whole life and now want to venture into the wild post covid).

Reviews Summary

Shark Island is a delightful day trip, praised for its stunning harbour views and peaceful picnic spots. While some visitors are amused by the lack of actual sharks, most appreciate its scenic beauty and the picturesque walking path. Access can be a consideration for those without a boat, but the ferry service makes it accessible.

"A very nice day trip but can be hard to get to if you don't have a boat. There is a fairly unknown and picturesque path going around the island that starts at the old building's near the wharf. If you don't have a boat or kayak you can get to the island by the "hop on hop off" sightseeing ferry which runs regular services to the island."
