My sis was visiting from Ireland and it was her first time wine tasting and Luke went above and beyond to give us the best experience…tasting so many wines, explaining everything without making you feel like an amateur when asking any questions! We loved the Cab Sav (2019) $55 which we will age for a few more years and try again next time my sister visits! The sparkling was yummy (the first pour we tried was a tad flat so they even opened a new bottle for us to try…love that). This will also age well over a few years and was as good as any from that ‘named region in France!’! The muscat was also awesome and in such a funky bottle…I got one for my father in law…Xmas sorted!
We only did 1 or 2 wineries in Hunter as were short on time and I could not have asked for a better experience and memory for my sis and I! Luke you are a legend and honestly made her holiday so memorable. Thanking you from our hearts to yours x"
