Visitors rave about the stunning beauty of Port Willunga Beach, particularly the iconic jetty pylons and dramatic cliffs, making it a prime spot for photography, especially at sunset. While some have noted environmental issues like algae blooms and dead marine life, the overall experience is highly recommended for its picturesque scenery and historical charm.

"Beautiful part of South Australia. We went on a gloomy day. We saw algae bloom and a few dead washed up dead fish. The walk was wonderful. Definitely visit this place!

There is a car park at the top with public toilets. There is also a cafe for your morning coffee."

"Thanks other Google map reviewers, I don’t miss this beautiful tourism attraction Port Willunga Jetty Pylons on my second last day in Adelaide in southern Australia.
After kerb parking opposite to the lookout entrance, we started a Few minutes short walk from the road down to the shore.
We arrived approximately 30 minutes before the forecast time of sunset, it was windy and cold but luckily no rain that moment ✌️
I took plenty of photos and glad to share some of them for others here πŸ˜‚
The walk is easy but still need to take caution as per warning signage said: loss cliff.
We didn’t explore the caves as per someone introduced them here as I am not bravely enough or more likely to say: not much worthy to take such risk πŸ˜†
All in all, I recommend it."

"Normally this is my favourite part of the beach, its very pretty with so much history woven into the very fabric of the cliffsides,

However, the toxic algae issue has caused a rise in sealife dying and washing up on shore, this seemed to be the most obvious place to see the many dead sea animals 😒

I'll make an update post to show those images."
