"Its a nice slice of Adelaide's tram related history. It was interesting & educational to visit and find out about how extensive our tram network was compared to what we have now. It's quite a pity. Alot of restored trams and some buses there.
You can ride the trams between the museum and the St Kilda Adventure Park during opening hours.
For a place that 100% volunteers run, the care and dedication put into running this place is simply amazing & truly admirable.
Definitely worth a visit!"

"Hop on a vintage tram!
When you buy a ticket, it is valid for the whole afternoon and includes admission to the museum.
There are four trams in service, from early to mid 20th century, all meticulosly restored to the period look and feel (and ride). It is a different tram that takes the return trip from the museum to St Kilda playground every half an hour.
Volunteer staff are great with children and everyone else.
The museum has ample parking, reception and sheds housing trams and trolley buses.
The main attraction is the restored collection of electric trams, from the very first to the last that retired.
We arrived with two young children in tow and had a good time."
